Mighty First Aid makes a donation on behalf of each participant to the Humour Foundation - A charitable organisation dedicated to promoting and delivering the health benefits of humour. Clown Doctors is a core program of the Humour Foundation.

Clown Doctors are medical clowns – highly trained, professional performers who spread ‘doses’ of fun and laughter throughout the hospital, working to uplift sick kids.
